On occasion I have run into people who do not consider photography as art. A LOT of them on her at Deviant Art. Recently, I was checking with some of our local galleries about showing some of my photos and had one lady tell me she "only dealt with "real" artists. I guess it is the medium that makes an 'artist'. Some people have the attitude that the only real art is if someone does it with ink or paints or such. I would like to point out that a lot of so-called 'artists' work FROM photographs.
